What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number, password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Booking details: pickup/drop-off, date and time, passenger and luggage counts, any special requests, flight number.
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
• Location data: while a chauffeur is en route on a confirmed trip, their live location is shared with you for that trip only, then stops updating once the trip ends.

How we use it

To calculate fares, match you with a chauffeur and vehicle, process payment, send booking confirmations and receipts, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google Maps Platform — address lookup and route/distance calculation.
• AviationStack — flight number lookups for airport transfers, when you provide one.
• Google Workspace — sending booking confirmation and receipt emails.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account data at any time via our contact page.
