The fare shown when you request a booking is an indicative quote based on the route or duration you enter. Your booking is a request until our team confirms it — we check driver and vehicle availability and compliance before confirming. The final fare may include extras (e.g. waiting time, route changes) added after the trip, shown on your receipt.

Private bookings are paid by card once your trip is confirmed. Company bookings may instead be invoiced, payable within the terms stated on the invoice.
